Hi Mama!

I’m Suzie, a mother, Naturopathic Birth Doula, and Postpartum Care Specialist.

I believe that every woman has the birthright to a powerful, autonomous birth and a postpartum period where they are held in love. You deserve nothing but the best when it comes to guidance, support, and positive energy throughout your sacred rite of passage.

I started my journey as a Doula a number of years ago,  attending all manner of births and obtaining recognised doula status with Doula UK. However, over a year ago, I decided that serving women who choose to birth at home is where my heart is, so only attend home births. Though my focus is on home births, I am still happy to provide postpartum support to women regardless of their birth journey.

As your Doula, I’ll be a familiar face that provides continuity of care, matching your trust in me with kindness, respect, and compassion. I will intuitively flow with you, supporting you as you journey into motherhood, however many times it has been so far.

I have a background in Naturopathic medicine, so I often incorporate nutritional therapy, herbal and Ayurvedic medicine, bodywork, and sound mediation into the support I offer my clients.

My goal is not only to help you feel prepared for labor, birth, and beyond, but to make you feel held, honoured, and looked after. I’m here to help you take the steps that feel right for you.
